Beloved ones,

A belated introduction to the energy of October. As you have been discovering for yourself, the energy of this month is faster-flowing than any you have yet known. It is wise to take advantage of this.

This is not the time to sit on your heels, waiting for things to come to you.

There is great potential available now. Align with it in your actions so that you can fuel your Soul's desires. This window is not to last long.

Because of the alignment of the stars and the energy permeating the planet from Central Sun, there is a great deal of energy available to you now. Be sure to take action in the direction of your Soul's desires to avail yourself of it.

It is time to align with your Highest Timeline.

Put your time and energy to use in constructive ways, in order that you are able to receive the full benefit of this energy to support you as you align with your Soul Purpose.

Now is the time to move forward.

No more hesitation, or telling yourself the story that you're not enough.

No more listening to the ego's stories.

Instead tune your ears into the voice of your Highest Self.

You are here with a Sacred purpose to fulfill.

Ask to be guided each day in what steps you need to take to fully align with your Soul Purpose.

It is time for action. Harness the energy of the last 2 weeks of this month.

A period of rest and integration will follow this.

Now is time to hone your gifts to prepare yourself for your Sacred work in the world.

You are to be a brilliant Light in the world.

You are now ready to step into everything your Soul came here with the Intention to Be.

It is your time.

You are more ready than you know.

Greetings Beloveds,

It is with joy that I greet you here.

The energies have been greatly amplified during the past week, and many of you have felt the effects in your physical body.

Perhaps you have seemed to need a great deal of sleep; perhaps your body has been detoxifying; perhaps you have felt the need to be alone; or to spend more time than usual in Nature.

All of these things are signs of your body absorbing and subsequently adjusting to the Higher frequencies.

You may at times wonder if this is indeed really happening for you. At times, you feel like you are still caught up in old patterns expressing in your life; or that you are embodying the small self, rather than the greater Self you know yourself to be at your core.

I am here to assure you that all of you are receiving the Higher frequencies. Not one of you is exempt from their influence.

The only difference between you is how fast, or with much ease and grace, you are able to integrate them.

Bringing your Consciousness and Intention to this process makes it a lot easier on your physical body.

You may wish to set an Intention at the start of each day to receive the Higher frequencies and integrate them with ease and grace in the way that serves your Highest Timeline.

Other things you can do to help yourself include things that support your physical body, like eating "real foods" and drinking approximately double your usual intake of water.

You may also find it serves you to bless the water before you drink it, requesting that it helps you to integrate the Universal energies in ways that support you in embodying your Highest Timeline.

In order to support your mental and emotional bodies, make sure you are taking enough time to be with the people you love and who are your support system. Also, do not be afraid to clearly state your boundaries and take time to be alone if that is what you need. You know best what you need, and it is important to listen to your body.

Meditation can also support you at this time. We would ask that you drop a strong grounding cord into the center of 5D Earth, as being grounded into 5D Earth in this way will help you to integrate the Higher frequencies into your body with more ease and grace.

It is an exciting time on the Earth plane right now. Great changes are taking place every day.

Stay in your heart space through as much of this as you can, and do not get caught up in conversations or activities that bring your vibration down.

Everywhere you see something that is not of Love, bless it and everyone involved with the Love that you are at your core. This is how you walk as Love in the world.

Know that every such energetic transmission causes great ripples in the collective consciousness and the energy that surrounds the planet.

You may feel like you are not doing enough and be eager to step up into the fullness of your role, but we tell you that each time you choose love instead of fear or anger or judgement or hate; each time you expand that Love out into the world; you do not only yourself but the whole collective an invaluable service.

Thank you for this Service and for being the Light you are.

It gladdens our hearts to see the willingness of the bearers of the Light to Serve and your eagerness to expand into more of your role.

There is not long to wait now, for the energies that are coming into the planet are bringing you into alignment with your Soul's True Purpose.

Greetings beloveds,

It is with joy in my heart that I connect with you.

Much is underfoot. Changes are taking place within you on the cellular level to assist you in coming into a fuller embodiment of your Light.

Some of you may find yourselves experiencing tiredness, dizziness, nausea or a kind of airy-headedness which leaves you feeling disconnected from your body and makes it hard for you to concentrate.

Do not be concerned, for these physical conditions are only temporary and are nothing less than a symptom of the great transformation you are undergoing as you are brought into deeper resonance with your Soul's path.

You can ride this wave of change and transition with more ease by taking adequate time to rest. There is no wrong time of the day to sleep. Such outdated notions are gone. If a feeling of tiredness overwhelms you, allow yourself to surrender to it. For much of the work can be done while you sleep, and your body in rest is able to integrate the Lightcodes and energies emanating from All That Is with swiftness and ease.

It is not a time to follow the old rules and do what you have always done.

It is a time to follow your heart's guidance; to listen to your body and what s/he needs.

If you can, go out and lie on the Earth. For your Earth has already stepped into the embodiment of a Higher Dimension, and she is supporting you in doing so also by sending constant waves of Light.

It is no wonder if you are tired, for you are being pummeled with Light from all around. When understood from this perspective, tiredness is something to be grateful for.

Allow the Light in, and allow it to do the work within you; transforming your body, rewriting your neural pathways, realigning you with your Highest Purpose. There is an activation below to assist you in this.

Now is the time to step fully into your Ascension path and the physical embodiment of your Light, for the energies are there to support you.

Ask for all that does not serve your Highest Timeline to be released.

Let the Lightcodes integrate and set your Intention to be in Divine Flow.

Take time out when you need to and stay focused on the embodiment of more of your Light and alignment with your Soul's Highest Calling and Purpose.

The whole Universe steps in to assist you as you commit to this path. This is what you are being called to.

Do not fear that the task is too big for you. You were born for this.

It is I, the Archangel Metatron, reminding you to keep faith and trust your Self and your Guidance. Portals are open now and there is much that you are able to receive.

Greetings beloveds,

It is with great joy that I greet you here.

I am here to speak to you of the things that are occurring on your planet.

As many of you will be aware, there is a great awakening and a quickening of the energies taking place. All that does not serve your Highest Timeline and Highest Purpose is rising to the surface for transmutation.

Let it go.

Do not resist this process, or blame yourself for not being further along or revisiting old patterns. Know that a deeper level of your Soul lessons is coming up for release, so that you can be more Light-filled.

This is the Highest Mission of all of you at this time. 

To grow into a greater embodiment of your Light.

When these patterns come up do not put yourself in resistance by bemoaning them, or criticizing where you are. Simply notice the pattern, bless it and let it go; choosing a thought of a higher vibration instead.

You are living with one foot in the Higher Dimensions now. Earth has shifted into the fifth dimension. But it is up to you as individuals to choose to align with the Higher Dimensions, and you do this with your thoughts and your mindset and by what you choose to put your focus and attention on in each and every moment.

Choose thoughts that honor you and honor others. You are Divine Beings, and it is right that you honor yourself and all those around you.

Where forgiveness is needed give it in abundance. This includes forgiveness of yourself. 

Challenge yourself to step away from old patterns into the embodiment of something greater; asking yourself when something arises, "How can I step into the embodiment of my Higher Self in this moment aligning with the Higher Dimensions?"

These are times of vital change on your planet. All that is not aligned with your Highest expression of Self is falling away.

Do not resist this process. 

Let it go, blessing it with Love. Know that something better is coming to take its place.

I want you to know that you are always lovingly held and supported by the Angelic realms and the other Beings of Light who surround you at all times.

Do not fear when all seems to be in upheaval, for this is only a phase. 

The other side of the upheaval lies a life that is aligned with the Highest expression of your Soul, and your Soul's Highest Desires and Joy. It is up to you to claim this. 

Do so by seeing the old patterns for what they are, letting them go, and choosing something else - that which is aligned with your Highest expression of Self - instead.

I welcome you into this time of the Sacred pause.

So many Lightcodes have been activated within you over the past weeks and months.

Now it is time to consciously pause; to take time to rest and time to be in Nature. Intend for the Lightcodes that are already embedded within your physical body to be integrated in the way that serves the Highest Timeline of All, and ask for any and all Lightcodes that can serve you as you walk the path of your Highest Purpose to be activated in you now also.

Do not try to race ahead too fast, or chomp at the bit. Be content to let things occur in their own Timing, knowing that all is Divinely ordained.

Do not fret or worry about anything. 

For some of you it feels like things are moving so fast you can barely keep up. For others it feels like your legs are stuck in sticky toffee and you can't get through it quick enough to where you want to be.

Higher Timelines are being made accessible to you and roles are being redistributed on the planet at this time.

This is a time of waiting - the Sacred pause. It will be followed by sudden and decisive action as you come into contact with your Soul group and the people who you are to work and play in the world with in the forthcoming years and learn more about your roles as leaders and Wayshowers for New Earth.

Many shifts will take place, but all of them are good. Whatever they may look or feel like on the surface, they are aligned with the Highest Timeline for One And All.

Have peaceful hearts. 

Do what invites this peace in; whether that be time in Nature; time in meditation; time alone; time resting; time with beloved family and friends.

It is important to uphold your state of Being. 

A peaceful heart and an aligned state of Being will help you to integrate the Lightcodes with more ease and grace.

Know there is not much longer to wait now. Soon everything will become clear.

Keep Trusting.

Keep your hearts open.

Rest, relax, have fun.

Go out and be in the sunshine; feel the air on your face and the solidity of the Earth beneath your feet.

These things will help you to integrate the High Frequency Light; and also help you to feel at home in your body and create joy in your world.
