It has been another incredible week in which much Light has been integrated into the planet, and into the cells of each of you who lives on Her.

As Light integrates into your cells, it may cause a great deal of drowsiness, or feelings of dis-ease.

Be careful not to push yourself to do too much.

What is needed more than anything else at this time is that you allow yourself time to rest.

Create blocks of time to rest in your day, and honor your body's need for rest as much as you honor your commitments to work, family and friends.

Your body is your Sacred vessel.

These are important times on your planet. In order to be able to receive and integrate the fullest amount of Light, you MUST slow down if your body asks you to.

This week create consciousness around your body as you go about your day.

Take time to pause and ask how your body feels, and what they need from you in order to be able to integrate the Light that is coming into the planet in the best possible way, and with the maximum ease and grace.

You may find your body asks for more rest; more water; time spent by water; time spent in water. Listen to him/her and honor his/her needs.

If you can not do so immediately; do so at the nearest opportunity.

Your body is your Sacred vehicle of life on this planet. She/He should be treated with the utmost respect.

This is what you are growing into as the human race.

Utmost respect for your Truth and who you are; including your body - your physical vehicle of Light.

Utmost respect for others' Truths and who they are.

You are doing so well.

This week set the Intention each day for the maximum amount of Light to be integrated into your cells.

Rest to allow this process to happen with maximum ease and grace.

Beloved ones,

Many of you will by now be feeling in your physical bodies the very intense energies that have been permeating your planet over the last few days.

It is not uncommon for you to be suffering from Ascension symptoms, like hot or cold flushes, dizziness, lightheadedness, or even some detoxification of the physical body.

The energies permeating your planet now are stronger than they have ever been, and you are being brought into alignment with Light on a cellular level.

All that is not Light within you is now rising to the surface to be released.

This includes the detoxification of the body; which may manifest as an upset stomach, a runny nose, coughing or sneezing, or even excessive sweating. Some of you may even find you are feverish, or that you oscillate between hot and cold.

We do not want you to mistake your Ascension symptoms for dis-eases of the body.

It is important that you recognize that these are but the signs of your Ascension; signs that your physical body is integrating more Light.

You can help to ease yourself gracefully through this time by blessing the water you drink; asking it to activate you to receive the maximum amount of Light possible and to integrate the Light you receive with the maximum ease and grace.

You will also serve yourself at this time by keeping your diet simple, and only eating foods that are nutritious and serve your body's Highest Health.

You may find you need to rest more than usual, and this is okay.

Do not force yourself to do as much as you usually do, if your body is asking you to slow down and rest.

Spend time in Nature each day, for Nature helps to realign you with the rhythm of the Universe.

She is not only a great source of replenishment for you, but also helps you to ground the Light you are integrating into your body.

It is important to be kind to yourself.

You are in the last stretch of the intense energies that have been permeating your planet this month now. The energies have both a cumulative effect, and are still more intense than they have yet been.

Allow yourself to rest when you need it.

This is essential for your physical body, and for you to be able to integrate the Light to your maximum potential.

You have just gone through a big timeline shift, and will find that your reality manifests differently now.

Many around you are Awakening. They are the newly Awakened and they do not have the benefit of the wisdom and tools that you have gained, so I ask you to share what you have learned freely with them, and celebrate each time they grow into a Higher embodiment of their Light. For now is truly the time to Know yourselves all One.

To Know with a clear and certain Knowing that each of you who grows into the embodiment of Light is here to serve the Whole.

There is no competition to be had between you. As each of you grows into a greater embodiment of Light you help to raise the quota of the Light on the planet, and so you are all inter-connected and supporting each other, weaving a colossal web of Light that stretches around the Earth.

It is this web of Light that is going to help those who are Awakening now, for it becomes a point of anchor for them.

The web of Light anchors Light into the planet and into the structures of 3D Earth, and these structures cannot help but change and be brought into a higher alignment; because of the powerful nature of the web of Light that you, by your collective efforts, have woven.

We want you to know how proud we are of you and of what you have accomplished already.

It is beyond what was forecast and projected. It is a testament to the dedication of Lightworkers all around the world, fulfilling the role for which you came with dedication and passion, creating waves of change on the planet.

I wish to thank you, for you have helped the anchoring of the Light more than you yet know.

Do not create separation between yourselves, by thinking in terms of who has been doing this the longest or done the most. This is egoic thinking, and it is time to leave all that is of the ego and doesn't serve you behind.

Now is the time for you to come together as a collective of Lightworkers new and old, and support the Earth by binding your Light together; dissolving old stories of separation as you do.

You will be surprised at how fast the new Lightworkers are able to grow into the embodiment of their Light when they engage with their Awakening with passion, for the energies on the planet are very supportive now.

It is important that you each embody your Higher Self and put your focus on Being Love and Light as you walk in the world.

Now is the time for society to change, and it can only do that when individuals in a society initiate a change in themselves.

"Be the change you want to see in the world," as one of your wise ones said. (Ghandi).

This is what you are being called to do.

To embody Light and Love in each moment, so that the collective energy becomes permeated with these Higher frequency energies. And once that has happened a significant shift cannot be far behind; for everything is energy; and energy responds to and aligns with the prominent energy surrounding it.

So Be Light in the world.

Be Love in the world.

The Earth is ready to make a significant shift, and asks you to step up joyfully and fulfill your role; knowing that as you do you are supporting Her as you agreed to do before you came.

Remember always, your Being is still more important than your Doing.

BE the energy of Love; BE the energy of Light.

Breathe that energy into your heart space and let it radiate from you to fill everywhere you go.

This is how you are to help transform the world; one conscious breath at a time.

To some of you other roles are given as well. But first and foremost put your attention on your Being. For this is what allows you to step into and embody all the other roles you have come here to fulfill.

Beloved ones,

It is with great love in my heart that I greet you, for I know that this week has been an intense one for many of you - one in which much has come up for release and your emotions have been jangled, and you may have been experiencing some of the physical symptoms of Ascension such as nausea, headaches, or dizziness as well.

I ask you to be patient, and to be kind to yourself and present with yourself and your experience. There is not long for you to wait now.

A great deal of Light has been anchored into the planet over the past few days. It is going to cause transformations unlike any you have ever seen.

First, you will notice these transformations within yourself.

You'll find that it is easier to let go of old patterns and things that no longer serve you; they just seem to fall away.

You will also notice signs of it in the world around you - particularly in the growing awakening of the consciousness of those around you.

Be patient and compassionate with friends or family members who are starting out on the path to the Higher embodiment of their Soul's Truth, for they do not yet have all the wisdom you have learned over these years.

Part of your job is to share what you have learned and integrated with them.

As we have told you before, you are here to be Wayshowers and Leaders in Light.

I want you to know that the anchoring of the Light that has been able to take place over the past weeks and days is not unrelated to your efforts to and growing ability to hold the Higher frequencies within your physical body; to - quite literally - em-body Light. We want to thank you for your devotion and dedication and stepping up into the role for which you came.

Those who are resisting aligning with their Soul will experience a great deal of chaos over the weeks and months to come. Be patient and compassionate with them too, offering them only Love and encouraging them to have a greater respect for themselves as an energetic being with destinies and desires to fulfill.

I wish you to know that your Light shines from you like a beacon and gives solace to many.

Continue to stand strong in your Light and to breathe Source energy into your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual fields.

Take time to do this every day, for it is important at this time that you align with your Soul's Highest vision of who you are.

The energies are ripe for supporting you in integrating this Highest vision of your Soul into the physical world now.

We would ask you to keep your focus on that; rather than putting a great deal of attention on the emotions and physical symptoms that come up for release.

It is with joy in my heart that I greet you. For those of you who are gathered here are a community of loving and dedicated Lightworkers, who grow into a greater embodiment of your Light daily, and are transmuting your shadow and past pain and transforming at a rate that has never been seen before.

We in the angelic realms are proud of you; of how much you have been able to integrate, grow and expand in the past few months.

Each of you is much more aligned with the embodiment of your Soul's Highest mission than you have ever been before - and by that I do not just mean in this lifetime, but through many lifetimes.

For you are Old Souls who have lived many lifetimes on this Earth, preparing for this one.

In this current lifetime - starting very soon - you are to step into your Highest act of Service yet: to aid and assist in the Awakening of all.

For it is time for all beings on the Earth plane to awaken, and you came here to assist and be of Service in this.

This is your Soul's destiny.

It is for this for which you chose to come and inhabit a physical body at this time.

For each of you are already Masters, who have been perfecting your expression of your gifts for lifetimes - precisely so that in this lifetime you can share your gifts with skill and ease and grace, and in doing so en-lighten the Whole.

This is for what you came.

And you are already living into this more than you know; for your sheer Beingness in the world is a gift to others, which helps them to see the possibility that there is another way.

It is important that you take care of yourself at this time, for the energies are intense and much is coming up for release. It serves you to let it all go. Allow the painful emotions from the past to surface; then bless them and watch them pass out of your body and energetic fields and be transmuted to Light.

For this, too, is one of the great acts of Service for which you came.

Each time you transmute a denser energy that has lived in your energetic field, than you transmute it not only for yourself but for the Whole.

For each of you is connected to all others, and in this sense you truly are One. The work you do on yourself is not for yourself alone, but also in Service to the Whole.

We would ask that you spend time in Nature, aligning yourself with her rhythm. For it is important that you replenish yourself; giving yourself time and space to get away from the chaotic nature of everyday life, and return to the peace and Stillness of your Heart Space.

Rest in your heart space often. For this is where your replenishment is to be found.

Do not neglect to look out for those around you; for each and every person on the planet is feeling the intensity of the energies at this time, whether they know it for what it is or not.

Be kind and compassionate with yourself. And be loving, kind and compassionate to those around you.

For at this time many of the Beings here on Earth are looking to you, the ones who have been walking the path of Light, for guidance. The example you set through your Beingness is worth more than even your words.

Your words carry weight and great significance, too. Do not be afraid or hesitant to share about your experiences. For those who come after you will learn a lot from the stories shared; and also see that they are not alone; that the path can be traversed.

The things shared by you will help them to walk the path with more ease and grace. For those of you who have been living into the embodiment of your Light for some time now are veritable masters in it. Whether you see this in yourselves or not; others see it in you. And they can learn a lot from your mastery, so do not be hesitant in your willingness to share.

These times are different. You will not be persecuted for speaking your Truth.

We want you to know that you are on the right path and you are doing well, and we are so very proud of you and all you have been able to grow into and embody.

I am glad to connect with you.

Much is afoot at the moment. Huge and transformational changes are about to take place on your planet that will change the human landscape in ways which are beyond your imagination.

Do not be alarmed when things seem to go wrong: if you lose your job; have to deal with confrontation; or people who have been a feature in your life for some time leave.

Know that all that is happening is in your Highest Good, and that that which is no longer aligned with your Highest Timeline is falling away.

Let it go.

Do not cling to it or to them.

They are no longer aligned with your Truth.

It is important now that you step into a Higher embodiment of your Truth, and surround yourself with the people and things that support you in this.

Now is the time for which you were called to this planet.

Now is the reason why you are here.

Have faith in yourself. Believe in your ability to share your innate gifts in the way you intended when you signed up to come to Earth at this time.

You are here to be a changemaker; a leader.

It's time for you to step up into active Service in this role.

Do not be afraid or concerned as to whether you are enough to fulfill the task that will be given to you.

This is what you were born to do. The ability to do it is innately yours.

Simply peel back the layers that have been preventing you from seeing yourself as - and stepping into - the Highest embodiment of your Truth.

Ask us to help you with this, for we are here to be of Service to all the the Lightworkers on the planet at this time.

Each of you is surrounded by a multitude of angels and Beings of Light - all of us there to support you in the path that is aligned with your Soul's Highest Timeline.

It is time for you to do this.

I repeat: It is your time.

You are more ready for what lies before you than you could ever know.

Go forth with confidence; standing strong in the Knowing that we are with you every step of the way, and that you came into this lifetime with, and have developed throughout it, the perfect gifts to do everything that is aligned with your Highest act of Service.

Beloved ones,

I welcome you into this space, and wish to speak with you of big changes underfoot. For everything is changing in your physical world, and things are not going to be as you have known them to be for much longer now.

Old structures are crumbling and falling down, so that new ones that are more aligned with the Highest principles of Light and Love can come in to take their place.

Do not be alarmed when you see things falling away, or seeming chaos in the world, for this is all a necessary part of the process. First the old most fall away, then the new can come in.

By September you will be living in a different world. You will start to feel it in small ways at first. People will seem kinder, more considerate, more loving. The world will seem brighter; your outlook lighter.

You can start to implement this Now by embodying these qualities of kindness and loving consideration of others in yourself and bringing them into the lives of everyone you meet.

This is what we would have you do, for you are here reading this post because your Soul agreed to come here as a leader of Light and Love; actively helping to bring these qualities into the world.

It is time for you to step up into this role. No excuses now. You are enough. You have always been enough. You are perfect for the role for which you have come, just as you are.

Just allow yourself to be who you always have been, and who you are in your Truth.

It is our joy to greet you here.

We have been longing to let you know that we in the angelic realms are with you at all times.

We surround you with our love, and our protection is with you whenever you request it.

These things encircle you. Even when you feel like you are alone and there is no one who can help you; we are with you at all times.

You are never alone.

Do not despair. We are with you at all times. You can never be alone.

When you feel stranded, alone, and like the world is too much, we ask you to turn to us; deepen into your connection with us.

Call on us, for we are there to assist you. Ask us to give you clear signs and reassurances that we are with you. Ask to be surrounded by and feel the depth of our Love.

Do not think that you are not worthy of this, or that you cannot - or do not know how - to ask.

All one needs do is say the words:

Archangels, I ask that you surround me in your Love, Light and Protection now.

Before long you will feel yourself held and supported, cradled in the arms of Love.

Do not doubt this feeling, dismiss it, or undermine its significance. All healing emanates from this feeling of peace in the heart space.

Allow yourself to be held by us and deepen into this feeling of a deep and abiding peace in your heart center. Notice how it spreads and permeates each part of your body, bringing replenishment to each of your cells.

Expand this feeling by breathing into it.

Breathe in the Love that we have for you. On your out-breath, breathe this feeling of peace and safety into every part of you.

Do this three times and Know that we are with you.

Remember this at all times, for you can never be alone.

We trust that this message will bring you peace and calm in these times when there is much turmoil on Earth.

Greetings Beloveds,

It is with joy that I greet you here.

The energies have been greatly amplified during the past week, and many of you have felt the effects in your physical body.

Perhaps you have seemed to need a great deal of sleep; perhaps your body has been detoxifying; perhaps you have felt the need to be alone; or to spend more time than usual in Nature.

All of these things are signs of your body absorbing and subsequently adjusting to the Higher frequencies.

You may at times wonder if this is indeed really happening for you. At times, you feel like you are still caught up in old patterns expressing in your life; or that you are embodying the small self, rather than the greater Self you know yourself to be at your core.

I am here to assure you that all of you are receiving the Higher frequencies. Not one of you is exempt from their influence.

The only difference between you is how fast, or with much ease and grace, you are able to integrate them.

Bringing your Consciousness and Intention to this process makes it a lot easier on your physical body.

You may wish to set an Intention at the start of each day to receive the Higher frequencies and integrate them with ease and grace in the way that serves your Highest Timeline.

Other things you can do to help yourself include things that support your physical body, like eating "real foods" and drinking approximately double your usual intake of water.

You may also find it serves you to bless the water before you drink it, requesting that it helps you to integrate the Universal energies in ways that support you in embodying your Highest Timeline.

In order to support your mental and emotional bodies, make sure you are taking enough time to be with the people you love and who are your support system. Also, do not be afraid to clearly state your boundaries and take time to be alone if that is what you need. You know best what you need, and it is important to listen to your body.

Meditation can also support you at this time. We would ask that you drop a strong grounding cord into the center of 5D Earth, as being grounded into 5D Earth in this way will help you to integrate the Higher frequencies into your body with more ease and grace.

It is an exciting time on the Earth plane right now. Great changes are taking place every day.

Stay in your heart space through as much of this as you can, and do not get caught up in conversations or activities that bring your vibration down.

Everywhere you see something that is not of Love, bless it and everyone involved with the Love that you are at your core. This is how you walk as Love in the world.

Know that every such energetic transmission causes great ripples in the collective consciousness and the energy that surrounds the planet.

You may feel like you are not doing enough and be eager to step up into the fullness of your role, but we tell you that each time you choose love instead of fear or anger or judgement or hate; each time you expand that Love out into the world; you do not only yourself but the whole collective an invaluable service.

Thank you for this Service and for being the Light you are.

It gladdens our hearts to see the willingness of the bearers of the Light to Serve and your eagerness to expand into more of your role.

There is not long to wait now, for the energies that are coming into the planet are bringing you into alignment with your Soul's True Purpose.

Greetings beloveds,

It is with joy in my heart that I connect with you.

Much is underfoot. Changes are taking place within you on the cellular level to assist you in coming into a fuller embodiment of your Light.

Some of you may find yourselves experiencing tiredness, dizziness, nausea or a kind of airy-headedness which leaves you feeling disconnected from your body and makes it hard for you to concentrate.

Do not be concerned, for these physical conditions are only temporary and are nothing less than a symptom of the great transformation you are undergoing as you are brought into deeper resonance with your Soul's path.

You can ride this wave of change and transition with more ease by taking adequate time to rest. There is no wrong time of the day to sleep. Such outdated notions are gone. If a feeling of tiredness overwhelms you, allow yourself to surrender to it. For much of the work can be done while you sleep, and your body in rest is able to integrate the Lightcodes and energies emanating from All That Is with swiftness and ease.

It is not a time to follow the old rules and do what you have always done.

It is a time to follow your heart's guidance; to listen to your body and what s/he needs.

If you can, go out and lie on the Earth. For your Earth has already stepped into the embodiment of a Higher Dimension, and she is supporting you in doing so also by sending constant waves of Light.

It is no wonder if you are tired, for you are being pummeled with Light from all around. When understood from this perspective, tiredness is something to be grateful for.

Allow the Light in, and allow it to do the work within you; transforming your body, rewriting your neural pathways, realigning you with your Highest Purpose. There is an activation below to assist you in this.

Now is the time to step fully into your Ascension path and the physical embodiment of your Light, for the energies are there to support you.

Ask for all that does not serve your Highest Timeline to be released.

Let the Lightcodes integrate and set your Intention to be in Divine Flow.

Take time out when you need to and stay focused on the embodiment of more of your Light and alignment with your Soul's Highest Calling and Purpose.

The whole Universe steps in to assist you as you commit to this path. This is what you are being called to.

Do not fear that the task is too big for you. You were born for this.

It is I, the Archangel Metatron, reminding you to keep faith and trust your Self and your Guidance. Portals are open now and there is much that you are able to receive.

It is with joy in my heart that I greet you.

You have undergone some days of great energetic shifts and transformations, and many of you have managed to walk through them with a great deal of ease and grace, showing how far you have come in your mastery of your human experience.

I want you to know that which you have been waiting for won't be long in coming now, for you are living in an era in which you are greatly supported in the fulfillment of your Soul's desires.

Keep your focus on all that you are becoming and expanding into, and the things your Soul desires.

Keep your focus on the new.

Now is a powerful time for planting the seeds of your Intentions.

Do not look back or hesitate to step forward out of fear of failure.

That is a trick your ego uses to try to keep you in old and known ways of being.

Look to the new, claiming your right to have and experience all that your Soul is drawing you towards.

It is your time to embody the Unknown; to claim as your own and embody that which you are in the process of Becoming. You do this by making all your choices and decisions from a place of Love and Trust in the guidance you receive.

How do you know if your guidance is true? Ask yourself, how does it feel in your heart space. If it feels expansive, then it's a decision which is aligned with your Soul.

Talk to your Soul on a daily basis; putting your hand on your heart and asking the Core of your Being how he or she would like to express in the world that day.

Guidance received through the heart space is always that which is aligned with your Soul and your Highest expression of Self.

Take time to drop into your heart space often, for it is there that you find your connection to Source and to the All That You Are.

Thank you for the beautiful work your are doing in embodying your Truth. You give others permission to do the same.

Greetings beloveds,

It is with great joy that I greet you here.

I am here to speak to you of the things that are occurring on your planet.

As many of you will be aware, there is a great awakening and a quickening of the energies taking place. All that does not serve your Highest Timeline and Highest Purpose is rising to the surface for transmutation.

Let it go.

Do not resist this process, or blame yourself for not being further along or revisiting old patterns. Know that a deeper level of your Soul lessons is coming up for release, so that you can be more Light-filled.

This is the Highest Mission of all of you at this time. 

To grow into a greater embodiment of your Light.

When these patterns come up do not put yourself in resistance by bemoaning them, or criticizing where you are. Simply notice the pattern, bless it and let it go; choosing a thought of a higher vibration instead.

You are living with one foot in the Higher Dimensions now. Earth has shifted into the fifth dimension. But it is up to you as individuals to choose to align with the Higher Dimensions, and you do this with your thoughts and your mindset and by what you choose to put your focus and attention on in each and every moment.

Choose thoughts that honor you and honor others. You are Divine Beings, and it is right that you honor yourself and all those around you.

Where forgiveness is needed give it in abundance. This includes forgiveness of yourself. 

Challenge yourself to step away from old patterns into the embodiment of something greater; asking yourself when something arises, "How can I step into the embodiment of my Higher Self in this moment aligning with the Higher Dimensions?"

These are times of vital change on your planet. All that is not aligned with your Highest expression of Self is falling away.

Do not resist this process. 

Let it go, blessing it with Love. Know that something better is coming to take its place.

I want you to know that you are always lovingly held and supported by the Angelic realms and the other Beings of Light who surround you at all times.

Do not fear when all seems to be in upheaval, for this is only a phase. 

The other side of the upheaval lies a life that is aligned with the Highest expression of your Soul, and your Soul's Highest Desires and Joy. It is up to you to claim this. 

Do so by seeing the old patterns for what they are, letting them go, and choosing something else - that which is aligned with your Highest expression of Self - instead.

Much has been going on on your Earth plane, and I know that many of you have felt the intensity of the energies over the past few days and, indeed, wondered what can be taking place on a galactic scale that leaves you so utterly drained and devoid of energy.

I tell you that great activations have been taking place to align you with your Soul's ultimate mission and Highest Purpose. If you are reading this, know that this activation has been taking place within you.

Expect your life to change and to align more fully with your Soul's desires and Purpose over the next few weeks, for once this has been activated within you it is a rolling tide within you that can only come to completion.

Surrender to the process and let go of all that is no longer aligned with your Soul's desires, and you will make this process that much easier on yourself.

When you try to hold on, as is the human way, you are acting from your little self; not the larger Self that your Soul wants you to activate embody.

Allow yourself to step into the embodiment of this larger Self now.

State your Intention to embody the All That You Are and to Know Who You Are at Soul Level - for this is what is now open to you, and all you have to do to receive is to ask.

Do not be afraid at the sometimes momentous changes taking place in your life. They are all for the best. You are leaving behind that which is no longer aligned, and stepping forth into all that you came here to be.

And you are doing this with much grace and the support of all the Angels and the Beings of the Highest Light, for we know what a great act of service it is you do in the world by being in it and shining your Light and we want to support you wherever we can.

Thank you for your Service dear Ones, and for your Trust and Faith in your Guidance and that All is working out for the Greatest and Highest Good of One and All.

In your Trust and Faith you open up portals of Light and allow them to flood into your planet, causing a great transformation in the energy of the Collective, and this is one of the Highest acts of Service. This is what you came here to do - to be the Light and to transform the experience of life on this planet, first for yourself and then for all those around you.

It is with great joy that I welcome you to this space. I have been absent from this space for a while, and I regret the interruption to our communication, for this is one which brings great joy to me.

I am happy to see that this community is growing, and to see you look forward to the messages with eager hearts. The messages work on you in more ways than you know. It is not just the content of what is written, but the energies with which they are infused which gives them such a powerful pull on you.

Your Soul feels the pull of these energies and Lightcodes, for you Soul is always looking to evolve into more of your Light.

The codes that are embedded in these messages will help you to do just that, with a great deal more ease and grace than you are able to achieve on your own.

You do not have to do anything to receive these Lightcodes, but the more your heart is open the more you are able to integrate them. In future before you read the messages on this page, I suggest that you set your Intention to have an open heart which is ready to receive.

This will help you integrate the Lightcodes in the best possible way, the way which serves your Highest Good and Timeline, and also with swiftness, Ease and Grace.

I welcome you into this time of the Sacred pause.

So many Lightcodes have been activated within you over the past weeks and months.

Now it is time to consciously pause; to take time to rest and time to be in Nature. Intend for the Lightcodes that are already embedded within your physical body to be integrated in the way that serves the Highest Timeline of All, and ask for any and all Lightcodes that can serve you as you walk the path of your Highest Purpose to be activated in you now also.

Do not try to race ahead too fast, or chomp at the bit. Be content to let things occur in their own Timing, knowing that all is Divinely ordained.

Do not fret or worry about anything. 

For some of you it feels like things are moving so fast you can barely keep up. For others it feels like your legs are stuck in sticky toffee and you can't get through it quick enough to where you want to be.

Higher Timelines are being made accessible to you and roles are being redistributed on the planet at this time.

This is a time of waiting - the Sacred pause. It will be followed by sudden and decisive action as you come into contact with your Soul group and the people who you are to work and play in the world with in the forthcoming years and learn more about your roles as leaders and Wayshowers for New Earth.

Many shifts will take place, but all of them are good. Whatever they may look or feel like on the surface, they are aligned with the Highest Timeline for One And All.

Have peaceful hearts. 

Do what invites this peace in; whether that be time in Nature; time in meditation; time alone; time resting; time with beloved family and friends.

It is important to uphold your state of Being. 

A peaceful heart and an aligned state of Being will help you to integrate the Lightcodes with more ease and grace.

Know there is not much longer to wait now. Soon everything will become clear.

Keep Trusting.

Keep your hearts open.

Rest, relax, have fun.

Go out and be in the sunshine; feel the air on your face and the solidity of the Earth beneath your feet.

These things will help you to integrate the High Frequency Light; and also help you to feel at home in your body and create joy in your world.

I am glad to be here with you today.

I am here to speak with you of the upcoming Equinox.

Big shifts are taking place on Earth. It is a time for renewal.

All the seeds that you the Lightworkers currently present in a physical body have been sowing during the past months and years are now about to come to fruition.

What you have seen is the acorn, the kernel of your desire.

There is a Divine design and order that weaves all of your individual desires to serve the Light together.

Your commitment and dedication to your Light Work has taken roots which run deep and are now bringing forth a canopy of Love and Light which spreads around the world.

The Light that you shine touches all those in your vicinity, and also joins with the Light of the other Lightworkers to form a shield of Light that goes around the Earth.

Take strength from the fact that you, through your every mindful breath and loving thought, are contributing to this Light and making it shine brighter.

You are now beginning a new era - The Era of Light.

In this era, you will be the Wayshowers, guiding others back home to Truth; to the Light Being that they are - all are - in essence.

Have faith in the Truth that you feel in your Heart.

Allow it to guide you.

Dedicate your every word and action to the Service and Highest Timeline of All, for this is the way to consolidate the Higher Dimensions within you and expand into more of your Light.

Beloved ones,

I wish to speak to you of transformation. 

Many of you are undergoing profound transformations at this time. It will serve you to receive this message.

There are profound transformations of your physical body taking place that affect you in ways you perhaps don't realize. 

Maybe you have noticed that your body is more tired than usual, or you are experiencing aches or pain in places that seem unusual. Perhaps you have noticed that you seem to need more food than normal some days, and hardly any at all on others. 

All these things are natural. 

Your bodies are transforming to contain more Light. The physical processes of your body experience some disruption as this occurs.

Many of you are also experiencing profound transformations in the physical world. Jobs or relationships that have supported you for a long time no longer feel like the right fit and/or are falling away. 

This can invoke fear and a feeling of being unsettled; not quite knowing what comes next.

The best way you can navigate these changes - of both kinds - is not to resist them. When you resist, you put yourself in opposition to Divine Will. 

Divine Will manifests as what is happening in front of you.

Although this may be uncomfortable at times, trust that what is occurring in your own life and in the world at large serves a Higher Purpose and is of a Higher Design.

Do not feel fear. What is falling away is doing so to allow for something new to come in. It must be so. The old and the new cannot exist in the same energetic space.

Trust also in the Divinity that you are. You have everything you need within you to navigate this time in the way that serves the Highest Timeline of your Soul.

You are Master of your own reality. Live into that.
