A belated introduction to the energy of October. As you have been discovering for yourself, the energy of this month is faster-flowing than any you have yet known. It is wise to take advantage of this.

This is not the time to sit on your heels, waiting for things to come to you.

There is great potential available now. Align with it in your actions so that you can fuel your Soul's desires. This window is not to last long.

Because of the alignment of the stars and the energy permeating the planet from Central Sun, there is a great deal of energy available to you now. Be sure to take action in the direction of your Soul's desires to avail yourself of it.

It is time to align with your Highest Timeline.

Put your time and energy to use in constructive ways, in order that you are able to receive the full benefit of this energy to support you as you align with your Soul Purpose.

Now is the time to move forward.

No more hesitation, or telling yourself the story that you're not enough.

No more listening to the ego's stories.

Instead tune your ears into the voice of your Highest Self.

You are here with a Sacred purpose to fulfill.

Ask to be guided each day in what steps you need to take to fully align with your Soul Purpose.

It is time for action. Harness the energy of the last 2 weeks of this month.

A period of rest and integration will follow this.

Now is time to hone your gifts to prepare yourself for your Sacred work in the world.

You are to be a brilliant Light in the world.

You are now ready to step into everything your Soul came here with the Intention to Be.

It is your time.

You are more ready than you know.

Beloved ones,

It is with open arms I receive you here; so pleased with your willingness to connect with those of us in the Angelic realms.

Today I will give you some clear guidance on how you can better do so.

First, be in a place of silence. By 'silence' I mean not only the external circumstances around you; but also the state of your mind. You can not connect and hear your guidance when your mind is busy chasing from one thought to the next.

Next, create a sacred place in your abode when you can come to connect with the Angelic realms and ask to receive guidance. This gives a clear sign that you want to connect and are ready to open up and welcome this.

Next, create a sacred ritual that you do each time you come to this place. Perhaps a short meditation; a prayer; or lighting a candle. Do what feels right to you. Those of us in the Angelic realms see beyond form. We see the desires of your heart.

Then ask your question; beginning by addressing the Being of Light you wish to receive answers from.

Sit in silence. See what comes.

Do not be surprised if an answer pops into your mind instantly in a voice that is seemingly your own.

The tenor of your thoughts is one of the main ways in which those of us in the Angelic realms communicate with you.

You may also find your answer given to you later that day in something you read, or see, or hear; or indeed in another thought that is seemingly your own.

Never doubt the guidance you have received; though it is wise to check if it comes from a Being of the Highest Light. You can do by asking your Self if the guidance you have received is aligned with Love.

Remember to thank your guides and angels for the guidance you have received.

Just as you prefer to be acknowledged for the part you play, so do we like to be acknowledged. Furthermore, this expression of gratitude on your part creates a closer and more personal relationship with us.

I am glad to have this chance to speak with you again through my scribe.

Change is happening rapidly on Earth now, and many of you are feeling turbulent effects.

Do not allow yourself to be distracted by what goes on around you. While it may be big, momentous change; you are more powerful than all that occurs in the physical plane.

Where is your power located?

In your connection to your heart space and the Truth of Who You Are.

Whatever occurs, stay in your heart space; breathing into the eternal Light of who you are; trusting that you will be guided in the right direction for your Soul's Highest Timeline; asking for it to be so.

When you do you create an oasis of peace and calm that serves not only you, but all those around you in the Highest possible way.

More calm is needed in the world now.

When energies are high, it is easy for humans in the physical world to lose their sense of themself.

When you, as embodied Light in the world, are Present with yourself; you support those around you in coming into a greater sense of their own Presence.

This is a great gift you give.

It is part of your work here as Lightworkers and Wayshowers.

Work on the deepest and most profound level.

Keep going. You are doing well.

You continue to progress in your Ascension process at an advanced speed, and we in the Higher realms are amazed at how Conscious you have become; how fast you are transmuting shadow and returning all to Light; at what an accelerated pace you are walking your Ascension path.

We knew you were Masters of this process from Time Eternal. Many of you have attained Enlightenment in many other lifetimes. It is somewhat easier for you than most to embody this most natural state of Being.

But still, to see the speed, ease and grace with which you are transmuting shadow; embodying Higher aspects of Self; and integrating the Light being showered on the Earth is truly astounding.

I want to speak to you today of how well you are doing; to congratulate you; and to offer two points that will enable you to make this process still easier and more Grace-filled.

- - Drink more water. Always this is needed. Your bodies are 70% water, and as you bring in fresh water you allow that which is not serving you to be released.

- - Do not allow others to discourage you from your path. Some would do so, for they do not understand the multi-dimensional nature of the reality you now live in. They may ridicule you, or simply not accept what you say you are embodying as Truth. Do no allow these things to hinder you. The fact that you are reading this is a certain sign that you are on your right path and the signs you are receiving are real.

This is what I would say to you today:

Have faith, for you are about to enter a glorious new chapter.

Thank you for taking time in your busy lives to pause and reflect; to be still. To be with the wisdom in your heart space.

This is a skill that few of your kind see the value of. And yet it is your greatest strength - to be able to connect to the wisdom of the Divine through your conscious connection to your heart space.

I ask that you continue to make this time each day. Setting time aside to be in silence. To be with your breath.

Allowing your thoughts to still for a while; coming into a place of Sacred quiet and stillness where you can hear what your heart wants to share.

Honor this as a Sacred act.

There are none more Sacred.

When you do this, you connect with the wisdom of your Soul.

From this place spring forth your truest and purest Soul desires.

Allow yourself to take this time for you.

Do not feel guilty.

This time in Sacred connection with your Self is important.

Thank you for your commitment to your Soul's chosen path.

We are aware that the path is not always easy, and that while you are incarnated in a physical body it can feel impossibly difficult at times.

This is because most of you do not incarnate in the physical world choosing to be able to see beyond the veil. If you could, you would see the whys and wherefores, how everything connects together in the perfect Divine design for the path that is the Highest for your Soul.

I ask you to be patient. It will not be long now until this is revealed to you, in part at least.

You will soon begin to understand what it has all been for - your past challenges and struggles, as well as your victories and accomplishments; how they are all coming together now as you step forward into the fuller embodiment of your Soul work and walk forward in alignment with your Soul's Highest Path.

Do not fear to tread this path. Do not think that you are not ready or not able.

Everything that has occurred in your life to date has been training you for this - whether you had a sense of this at the time or not.

Beyond that, you came into this lifetime with lifetimes of expertise in your chosen field.

It is true when we say you were born to do what it is you came to this planet for.

There is nothing more you need to be or do.

You are perfect just as you are for the role for which you were intended.

I wish you to know this and draw strength from it.

Congratulations on how much work you have done to integrate the Lightcodes that are flooding into your planet.

I want you to know that you are not to be alarmed if you feel more weary than usual or are experiencing some other physical symptoms - such as headaches, pain or a fluttering in the heart space, itchiness on the scalp, tired eyes, or blurred vision.

These are all symptoms of the Ascension that your bodies are now undertaking. As ones who are more sensitive to the energies around you, it is only natural that you feel these things more strongly than others who are in the same physical reality as you, but operate in a very different paradigm.

Do not let anyone talk down the significance of your symptoms.

Do not let any of those around you talk you out of the Truth of what you are experiencing.

Do not let any talk you out of the Truth of what you Know to be true:

You are Ascending.

You came here to be an Ascended Being.

To guide those who come after you into a greater expression of Love; a greater embodiment of Light - more compassion; more kindness; more integrity; more Truth.

Into a greater embodiment of Soul’s Truth; as you have come into a greater embodiment of your own Soul’s Truth.

Do not be fearful.

It is true that the task that lies before you is monumental.

But rest in Trust and in the Knowing that great support is being given to you, the Lightbearers on Earth, by the Higher Realms.

Great support will continue to be given to you, for this is why you have come to the planet at this time; to integrate and anchor Light.

Turn to us in the Higher Realms and ask for our intervention and support when you need it.

We are here to serve and support you at this the time of the Earth’s Awakening, and going forward into the experience of Fourth and Fifth Dimensional Earth.

Trust in the Light in your own heart.

It is there to guide you.

It is what will guide the ones who come after you. For they will be transformed as much and more by the Light that radiates from your heart space as they will by anything you say or do.

I greet you in this space with delight at how many have gathered here.

It gives me great joy to be able to communicate with you, and to see how my words bring solace to you in your time of need; uplift, inspire and embolden you when you are creating movement in the direction of your dreams and/or your Soul's Highest path.

It is time to begin to let go of all other paths that you have been holding onto.

Slowly at first.

You don't have to physically let go of them just yet.

You will Know when the time is right.

As you are coming to an understanding of yourself; they need to be let go of in order for you to step into the full embodiment of your Soul's Highest Purpose.

It is good that you start to prepare yourself for this falling away now - communicating with the different parts of you; letting them know that this is what is to happen; reassuring them that it will be okay.

Hold yourself in this Knowing.

Hold yourself in the Knowing that you are supported by the Universe, the angels, the Ascended Masters, and many many other Beings of the Highest Light for each and every Soul-aligned step you take.

You can never fall far, for we will always be there to catch you - gently showing you how to step into the next Highest embodiment of Who You Are.

Trust in this.

Trust in us.

Trust in your Guidance.

Trust in your Self.

You came here to be a mighty warrior of the heart during these times of change.

It pleases us greatly to see how much you are already embodying this warrior essence; and how much progress you have made on your Path, how much Light you are already embodying and spreading in the world.

Your Presence on Earth is a blessing.

I am happy to greet you in this space.

I wish to congratulate you again on how well you are managing to ride the intense waves of energy coming into the planet.

Much of the energy has brought up uncomfortable feelings and old patterns for release.

You have been able to deal with these with a great deal of Consciousness and grace; and in doing so to release yourself from yet another layer of the grip they have had on you.

While there will always be more growth, more expansion while you are living in the Earth plane; you have brought yourself to a point where the growth and expansion will be easier for you going forwards.

You are now able to learn and absorb many of your lessons by anticipation of what might happen if you play out a particular Timeline.

In your conscious choice of another Timeline - one that is aligned with a Higher vibration and Higher Consciousness - you are able to avoid the pain of the pattern playing out, and simultaneously dissolve it and release it from your field.

For more stubborn patterns you can ask us, the Archangels, to release things for you using this simple phrase:

I call now on the Archangels of the Highest Light, asking that everything that is not aligned with my Highest Timeline is now released from my physical, emotional, and mental fields. With gratitude for this and so much more. So Be It And So It Is. Thank You.

When you are faced with an uncomfortable situation or some kind of conflict, ask yourself:
How can I bring this into the Highest Timeline for me and everyone else involved?

Then listen to the whispers of wisdom that your Higher Self speaks to you.

By doing this, you will quickly be able to bring your thoughts, words and actions into alignment with the Higher Dimensions and a Higher Timeline. This is what is desirable and needed now.

I ask that you integrate this practice. Observe the changes it brings in your life; the changes it brings in your relationship with yourself and others.

Beloved Ones,

It has been another incredible week in which much Light has been integrated into the planet, and into the cells of each of you who lives on Her.

As Light integrates into your cells, it may cause a great deal of drowsiness, or feelings of dis-ease.

Be careful not to push yourself to do too much.

What is needed more than anything else at this time is that you allow yourself time to rest.

Create blocks of time to rest in your day, and honor your body's need for rest as much as you honor your commitments to work, family and friends.

Your body is your Sacred vessel.

These are important times on your planet. In order to be able to receive and integrate the fullest amount of Light, you MUST slow down if your body asks you to.

This week create consciousness around your body as you go about your day.

Take time to pause and ask how your body feels, and what they need from you in order to be able to integrate the Light that is coming into the planet in the best possible way, and with the maximum ease and grace.

You may find your body asks for more rest; more water; time spent by water; time spent in water. Listen to him/her and honor his/her needs.

If you can not do so immediately; do so at the nearest opportunity.

Your body is your Sacred vehicle of life on this planet. She/He should be treated with the utmost respect.

This is what you are growing into as the human race.

Utmost respect for your Truth and who you are; including your body - your physical vehicle of Light.

Utmost respect for others' Truths and who they are.

You are doing so well.

This week set the Intention each day for the maximum amount of Light to be integrated into your cells.

Rest to allow this process to happen with maximum ease and grace.

Beloved ones,

Many of you will by now be feeling in your physical bodies the very intense energies that have been permeating your planet over the last few days.

It is not uncommon for you to be suffering from Ascension symptoms, like hot or cold flushes, dizziness, lightheadedness, or even some detoxification of the physical body.

The energies permeating your planet now are stronger than they have ever been, and you are being brought into alignment with Light on a cellular level.

All that is not Light within you is now rising to the surface to be released.

This includes the detoxification of the body; which may manifest as an upset stomach, a runny nose, coughing or sneezing, or even excessive sweating. Some of you may even find you are feverish, or that you oscillate between hot and cold.

We do not want you to mistake your Ascension symptoms for dis-eases of the body.

It is important that you recognize that these are but the signs of your Ascension; signs that your physical body is integrating more Light.

You can help to ease yourself gracefully through this time by blessing the water you drink; asking it to activate you to receive the maximum amount of Light possible and to integrate the Light you receive with the maximum ease and grace.

You will also serve yourself at this time by keeping your diet simple, and only eating foods that are nutritious and serve your body's Highest Health.

You may find you need to rest more than usual, and this is okay.

Do not force yourself to do as much as you usually do, if your body is asking you to slow down and rest.

Spend time in Nature each day, for Nature helps to realign you with the rhythm of the Universe.

She is not only a great source of replenishment for you, but also helps you to ground the Light you are integrating into your body.

It is important to be kind to yourself.

You are in the last stretch of the intense energies that have been permeating your planet this month now. The energies have both a cumulative effect, and are still more intense than they have yet been.

Allow yourself to rest when you need it.

This is essential for your physical body, and for you to be able to integrate the Light to your maximum potential.

You have just gone through a big timeline shift, and will find that your reality manifests differently now.

Many around you are Awakening. They are the newly Awakened and they do not have the benefit of the wisdom and tools that you have gained, so I ask you to share what you have learned freely with them, and celebrate each time they grow into a Higher embodiment of their Light. For now is truly the time to Know yourselves all One.

To Know with a clear and certain Knowing that each of you who grows into the embodiment of Light is here to serve the Whole.

There is no competition to be had between you. As each of you grows into a greater embodiment of Light you help to raise the quota of the Light on the planet, and so you are all inter-connected and supporting each other, weaving a colossal web of Light that stretches around the Earth.

It is this web of Light that is going to help those who are Awakening now, for it becomes a point of anchor for them.

The web of Light anchors Light into the planet and into the structures of 3D Earth, and these structures cannot help but change and be brought into a higher alignment; because of the powerful nature of the web of Light that you, by your collective efforts, have woven.

We want you to know how proud we are of you and of what you have accomplished already.

It is beyond what was forecast and projected. It is a testament to the dedication of Lightworkers all around the world, fulfilling the role for which you came with dedication and passion, creating waves of change on the planet.

I wish to thank you, for you have helped the anchoring of the Light more than you yet know.

Do not create separation between yourselves, by thinking in terms of who has been doing this the longest or done the most. This is egoic thinking, and it is time to leave all that is of the ego and doesn't serve you behind.

Now is the time for you to come together as a collective of Lightworkers new and old, and support the Earth by binding your Light together; dissolving old stories of separation as you do.

You will be surprised at how fast the new Lightworkers are able to grow into the embodiment of their Light when they engage with their Awakening with passion, for the energies on the planet are very supportive now.

It is important that you each embody your Higher Self and put your focus on Being Love and Light as you walk in the world.

Now is the time for society to change, and it can only do that when individuals in a society initiate a change in themselves.

"Be the change you want to see in the world," as one of your wise ones said. (Ghandi).

This is what you are being called to do.

To embody Light and Love in each moment, so that the collective energy becomes permeated with these Higher frequency energies. And once that has happened a significant shift cannot be far behind; for everything is energy; and energy responds to and aligns with the prominent energy surrounding it.

So Be Light in the world.

Be Love in the world.

The Earth is ready to make a significant shift, and asks you to step up joyfully and fulfill your role; knowing that as you do you are supporting Her as you agreed to do before you came.

Remember always, your Being is still more important than your Doing.

BE the energy of Love; BE the energy of Light.

Breathe that energy into your heart space and let it radiate from you to fill everywhere you go.

This is how you are to help transform the world; one conscious breath at a time.

To some of you other roles are given as well. But first and foremost put your attention on your Being. For this is what allows you to step into and embody all the other roles you have come here to fulfill.

It is with great love in my heart that I greet you, for I know that this week has been an intense one for many of you - one in which much has come up for release and your emotions have been jangled, and you may have been experiencing some of the physical symptoms of Ascension such as nausea, headaches, or dizziness as well.

I ask you to be patient, and to be kind to yourself and present with yourself and your experience. There is not long for you to wait now.

A great deal of Light has been anchored into the planet over the past few days. It is going to cause transformations unlike any you have ever seen.

First, you will notice these transformations within yourself.

You'll find that it is easier to let go of old patterns and things that no longer serve you; they just seem to fall away.

You will also notice signs of it in the world around you - particularly in the growing awakening of the consciousness of those around you.

Be patient and compassionate with friends or family members who are starting out on the path to the Higher embodiment of their Soul's Truth, for they do not yet have all the wisdom you have learned over these years.

Part of your job is to share what you have learned and integrated with them.

As we have told you before, you are here to be Wayshowers and Leaders in Light.

I want you to know that the anchoring of the Light that has been able to take place over the past weeks and days is not unrelated to your efforts to and growing ability to hold the Higher frequencies within your physical body; to - quite literally - em-body Light. We want to thank you for your devotion and dedication and stepping up into the role for which you came.

Those who are resisting aligning with their Soul will experience a great deal of chaos over the weeks and months to come. Be patient and compassionate with them too, offering them only Love and encouraging them to have a greater respect for themselves as an energetic being with destinies and desires to fulfill.

I wish you to know that your Light shines from you like a beacon and gives solace to many.

Continue to stand strong in your Light and to breathe Source energy into your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual fields.

Take time to do this every day, for it is important at this time that you align with your Soul's Highest vision of who you are.

The energies are ripe for supporting you in integrating this Highest vision of your Soul into the physical world now.

We would ask you to keep your focus on that; rather than putting a great deal of attention on the emotions and physical symptoms that come up for release.

It is with joy in my heart that I greet you. For those of you who are gathered here are a community of loving and dedicated Lightworkers, who grow into a greater embodiment of your Light daily, and are transmuting your shadow and past pain and transforming at a rate that has never been seen before.

We in the angelic realms are proud of you; of how much you have been able to integrate, grow and expand in the past few months.

Each of you is much more aligned with the embodiment of your Soul's Highest mission than you have ever been before - and by that I do not just mean in this lifetime, but through many lifetimes.

For you are Old Souls who have lived many lifetimes on this Earth, preparing for this one.

In this current lifetime - starting very soon - you are to step into your Highest act of Service yet: to aid and assist in the Awakening of all.

For it is time for all beings on the Earth plane to awaken, and you came here to assist and be of Service in this.

This is your Soul's destiny.

It is for this for which you chose to come and inhabit a physical body at this time.

For each of you are already Masters, who have been perfecting your expression of your gifts for lifetimes - precisely so that in this lifetime you can share your gifts with skill and ease and grace, and in doing so en-lighten the Whole.

This is for what you came.

And you are already living into this more than you know; for your sheer Beingness in the world is a gift to others, which helps them to see the possibility that there is another way.

It is important that you take care of yourself at this time, for the energies are intense and much is coming up for release. It serves you to let it all go. Allow the painful emotions from the past to surface; then bless them and watch them pass out of your body and energetic fields and be transmuted to Light.

For this, too, is one of the great acts of Service for which you came.

Each time you transmute a denser energy that has lived in your energetic field, than you transmute it not only for yourself but for the Whole.

For each of you is connected to all others, and in this sense you truly are One. The work you do on yourself is not for yourself alone, but also in Service to the Whole.

We would ask that you spend time in Nature, aligning yourself with her rhythm. For it is important that you replenish yourself; giving yourself time and space to get away from the chaotic nature of everyday life, and return to the peace and Stillness of your Heart Space.

Rest in your heart space often. For this is where your replenishment is to be found.

Do not neglect to look out for those around you; for each and every person on the planet is feeling the intensity of the energies at this time, whether they know it for what it is or not.

Be kind and compassionate with yourself. And be loving, kind and compassionate to those around you.

For at this time many of the Beings here on Earth are looking to you, the ones who have been walking the path of Light, for guidance. The example you set through your Beingness is worth more than even your words.

Your words carry weight and great significance, too. Do not be afraid or hesitant to share about your experiences. For those who come after you will learn a lot from the stories shared; and also see that they are not alone; that the path can be traversed.

The things shared by you will help them to walk the path with more ease and grace. For those of you who have been living into the embodiment of your Light for some time now are veritable masters in it. Whether you see this in yourselves or not; others see it in you. And they can learn a lot from your mastery, so do not be hesitant in your willingness to share.

These times are different. You will not be persecuted for speaking your Truth.

We want you to know that you are on the right path and you are doing well, and we are so very proud of you and all you have been able to grow into and embody.

I am glad to connect with you.

Much is afoot at the moment. Huge and transformational changes are about to take place on your planet that will change the human landscape in ways which are beyond your imagination.

Do not be alarmed when things seem to go wrong: if you lose your job; have to deal with confrontation; or people who have been a feature in your life for some time leave.

Know that all that is happening is in your Highest Good, and that that which is no longer aligned with your Highest Timeline is falling away.

Let it go.

Do not cling to it or to them.

They are no longer aligned with your Truth.

It is important now that you step into a Higher embodiment of your Truth, and surround yourself with the people and things that support you in this.

Now is the time for which you were called to this planet.

Now is the reason why you are here.

Have faith in yourself. Believe in your ability to share your innate gifts in the way you intended when you signed up to come to Earth at this time.

You are here to be a changemaker; a leader.

It's time for you to step up into active Service in this role.

Do not be afraid or concerned as to whether you are enough to fulfill the task that will be given to you.

This is what you were born to do. The ability to do it is innately yours.

Simply peel back the layers that have been preventing you from seeing yourself as - and stepping into - the Highest embodiment of your Truth.

Ask us to help you with this, for we are here to be of Service to all the the Lightworkers on the planet at this time.

Each of you is surrounded by a multitude of angels and Beings of Light - all of us there to support you in the path that is aligned with your Soul's Highest Timeline.

It is time for you to do this.

I repeat: It is your time.

You are more ready for what lies before you than you could ever know.

Beloved ones,

I welcome you into this space, and wish to speak with you of big changes underfoot. For everything is changing in your physical world, and things are not going to be as you have known them to be for much longer now.

Old structures are crumbling and falling down, so that new ones that are more aligned with the Highest principles of Light and Love can come in to take their place.

Do not be alarmed when you see things falling away, or seeming chaos in the world, for this is all a necessary part of the process. First the old most fall away, then the new can come in.

By September you will be living in a different world. You will start to feel it in small ways at first. People will seem kinder, more considerate, more loving. The world will seem brighter; your outlook lighter.

You can start to implement this Now by embodying these qualities of kindness and loving consideration of others in yourself and bringing them into the lives of everyone you meet.

This is what we would have you do, for you are here reading this post because your Soul agreed to come here as a leader of Light and Love; actively helping to bring these qualities into the world.

It is time for you to step up into this role. No excuses now. You are enough. You have always been enough. You are perfect for the role for which you have come, just as you are.

Just allow yourself to be who you always have been, and who you are in your Truth.

Beloved ones,

It is our joy to greet you here.

We have been longing to let you know that we in the angelic realms are with you at all times.

We surround you with our love, and our protection is with you whenever you request it.

These things encircle you. Even when you feel like you are alone and there is no one who can help you; we are with you at all times.

You are never alone.

Do not despair. We are with you at all times. You can never be alone.

When you feel stranded, alone, and like the world is too much, we ask you to turn to us; deepen into your connection with us.

Call on us, for we are there to assist you. Ask us to give you clear signs and reassurances that we are with you. Ask to be surrounded by and feel the depth of our Love.

Do not think that you are not worthy of this, or that you cannot - or do not know how - to ask.

All one needs do is say the words:

Archangels, I ask that you surround me in your Love, Light and Protection now.

Before long you will feel yourself held and supported, cradled in the arms of Love.

Do not doubt this feeling, dismiss it, or undermine its significance. All healing emanates from this feeling of peace in the heart space.

Allow yourself to be held by us and deepen into this feeling of a deep and abiding peace in your heart center. Notice how it spreads and permeates each part of your body, bringing replenishment to each of your cells.

Expand this feeling by breathing into it.

Breathe in the Love that we have for you. On your out-breath, breathe this feeling of peace and safety into every part of you.

Do this three times and Know that we are with you.

Remember this at all times, for you can never be alone.

We trust that this message will bring you peace and calm in these times when there is much turmoil on Earth.

Greetings Beloveds,

It is with joy that I greet you here.

The energies have been greatly amplified during the past week, and many of you have felt the effects in your physical body.

Perhaps you have seemed to need a great deal of sleep; perhaps your body has been detoxifying; perhaps you have felt the need to be alone; or to spend more time than usual in Nature.

All of these things are signs of your body absorbing and subsequently adjusting to the Higher frequencies.

You may at times wonder if this is indeed really happening for you. At times, you feel like you are still caught up in old patterns expressing in your life; or that you are embodying the small self, rather than the greater Self you know yourself to be at your core.

I am here to assure you that all of you are receiving the Higher frequencies. Not one of you is exempt from their influence.

The only difference between you is how fast, or with much ease and grace, you are able to integrate them.

Bringing your Consciousness and Intention to this process makes it a lot easier on your physical body.

You may wish to set an Intention at the start of each day to receive the Higher frequencies and integrate them with ease and grace in the way that serves your Highest Timeline.

Other things you can do to help yourself include things that support your physical body, like eating "real foods" and drinking approximately double your usual intake of water.

You may also find it serves you to bless the water before you drink it, requesting that it helps you to integrate the Universal energies in ways that support you in embodying your Highest Timeline.

In order to support your mental and emotional bodies, make sure you are taking enough time to be with the people you love and who are your support system. Also, do not be afraid to clearly state your boundaries and take time to be alone if that is what you need. You know best what you need, and it is important to listen to your body.

Meditation can also support you at this time. We would ask that you drop a strong grounding cord into the center of 5D Earth, as being grounded into 5D Earth in this way will help you to integrate the Higher frequencies into your body with more ease and grace.

It is an exciting time on the Earth plane right now. Great changes are taking place every day.

Stay in your heart space through as much of this as you can, and do not get caught up in conversations or activities that bring your vibration down.

Everywhere you see something that is not of Love, bless it and everyone involved with the Love that you are at your core. This is how you walk as Love in the world.

Know that every such energetic transmission causes great ripples in the collective consciousness and the energy that surrounds the planet.

You may feel like you are not doing enough and be eager to step up into the fullness of your role, but we tell you that each time you choose love instead of fear or anger or judgement or hate; each time you expand that Love out into the world; you do not only yourself but the whole collective an invaluable service.

Thank you for this Service and for being the Light you are.

It gladdens our hearts to see the willingness of the bearers of the Light to Serve and your eagerness to expand into more of your role.

There is not long to wait now, for the energies that are coming into the planet are bringing you into alignment with your Soul's True Purpose.

Greetings beloveds,

It is with joy in my heart that I connect with you.

Much is underfoot. Changes are taking place within you on the cellular level to assist you in coming into a fuller embodiment of your Light.

Some of you may find yourselves experiencing tiredness, dizziness, nausea or a kind of airy-headedness which leaves you feeling disconnected from your body and makes it hard for you to concentrate.

Do not be concerned, for these physical conditions are only temporary and are nothing less than a symptom of the great transformation you are undergoing as you are brought into deeper resonance with your Soul's path.

You can ride this wave of change and transition with more ease by taking adequate time to rest. There is no wrong time of the day to sleep. Such outdated notions are gone. If a feeling of tiredness overwhelms you, allow yourself to surrender to it. For much of the work can be done while you sleep, and your body in rest is able to integrate the Lightcodes and energies emanating from All That Is with swiftness and ease.

It is not a time to follow the old rules and do what you have always done.

It is a time to follow your heart's guidance; to listen to your body and what s/he needs.

If you can, go out and lie on the Earth. For your Earth has already stepped into the embodiment of a Higher Dimension, and she is supporting you in doing so also by sending constant waves of Light.

It is no wonder if you are tired, for you are being pummeled with Light from all around. When understood from this perspective, tiredness is something to be grateful for.

Allow the Light in, and allow it to do the work within you; transforming your body, rewriting your neural pathways, realigning you with your Highest Purpose. There is an activation below to assist you in this.

Now is the time to step fully into your Ascension path and the physical embodiment of your Light, for the energies are there to support you.

Ask for all that does not serve your Highest Timeline to be released.

Let the Lightcodes integrate and set your Intention to be in Divine Flow.

Take time out when you need to and stay focused on the embodiment of more of your Light and alignment with your Soul's Highest Calling and Purpose.

The whole Universe steps in to assist you as you commit to this path. This is what you are being called to.

Do not fear that the task is too big for you. You were born for this.
